Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the Impugned order in NA.KA.A1/7604/2017 dated 20.9.19 (IN WMP.NO.28600 OF 2019) Pending disposal of the Present writ Petition NO.28857 OF 2019 AND;

(II)To issue Interim Direction to reinstate the Petitioner in service from 20.9.19 (in WMP.NO.28601 OF 2019) pending disposal of the Present writ Petition NO.28857 OF 2019 respectively. The writ petition is filed challenging the dismissal order. Hence, the miscellaneous petitions seeking interim relief cannot be entertained, unless the main relief sought for in the main writ petition is decided. Therefore, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
