These petitions have been filed to amend the offences under Sections 115(2), 296(b), 118(1) and 351 (3) of B.N.S, 2023 instead of offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351 (3) of B.N.S, 2023 and also to extend the time in Anticipatory bail order dated 20.08.2024 passed in Crl. O.P.

No.19949 of 2024.

Considering the submissions putforth on either side the amendment petition is ordered.

3. Since the amendment petition is pending before this Court, I am inclined to extend the time for another one month.
