These applications have been filed for condonation of delay of 195 days in filing restoration petitions to set aside order passed in W.A.Nos.201 and 202 of 2023 dated 7.2.2023.

Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, the delay of 195 days in filing the restoration petitions is condoned.

These applications are allowed and disposed of.
