2. Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

Mr.R.Vivek, learned counsel for the appellants would submit that as against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.31 of 2019 by the Principal Subordinate Court, Namakkal, the 1st defendant K.Sudha preferred the Second Appeal before this Court in S.A.No.622 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by judgment dated 09.09.2024, confirming the judgment dated 21.12.2020 passed in A.S.No.31 of 2019 by the Principal Subordinate Court, Namakkal.

4. In view of the dismissal of the connected Second Appeal in S.A.No.622 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024 and recording the said submissions, this Second Appeal stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.07.2025 ssn To
