PRAYER in C.M.P Nos.23767 of 2024 : Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order XXXII Rule 12 of CPC, to discharge the guardian Mrs.Yamuna from the guardianship of Sarnneta/1st respondent born on 12.04.2006 in the above Second Appeal.

For Petitioner in both the petitions : Mr.C.Prabakaran For Respondents in both the petitions : Mr.D.Selvaraju for R1 COMMON ORDER C.M.P No.23757 of 2024 is filed to declare the petitioner viz., Sarnneta as major and discharge her mother Yamuna from the guardianship in the above Second Appeal and permit to prosecute the Second Appeal independently.

C.M.P.No.23767 of 2024 to discharge the guardian Mrs.Yamuna from the guardianship of Sarnneta/1st respondent born on 12.04.2006 in the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
