2. This writ petition was heard and disposed of on 18.11.2022, issuing a mandamus directing the Government to dispose of the special revision filed by the petitioner under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act.

3. It is now brought to our notice that the petitioner is the tenant of the building and the 3rd respondent is the owner. We have our own doubts on the maintainability of the 80-A revision at the instance of the tenant.

4. However, since the 3rd respondent owner also has filed a special revision under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, there will be a direction to dispose of the said revision also. Till such time, the Enforcing Authority viz., Corporation of Chennai will not take any coercive action.
