This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 625 days in representing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 14.06.2016 passed in C.A.No.40 of 2015 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal confirming the conviction and senence in the judgment dated 11.09.2015 made in STC No.302 of 2013 passed by learned Fast Track Judge (Magistrate Level), Tiruchengode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 625 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
