This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25924 of 2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one should be a blood relative either father or mother of the petitioner each for a like sum.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and later, granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25924 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one should be a blood relative either father or mother of the petitioner. He would submit that the father of the petitioner is no more and mother of the petitioner is infirm and thereby, she is unable to appear before Court and the petitioner was unable to furnish the sureties before this Court. Despite the order being granted on 20.10.2022, the petitioner is unable to come out on bail and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instructions would submit that the father of the petitioner is no more and mother of the petitioner is infirm.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum. The other conditions shall remain intact. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
