ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu J.) The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction to the 3rd Respondent to produce her minor children namely Rakesh Kumar, aged about 10 years and Kavinesh, aged about 5 years before this Court and to hand over them to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was listed on 28.08.2025, this Court recorded the statement of the petitioner that after the minor children had reconciled with the mother/petitioner herein, she had admitted her first son in he Corporation Middle School at Manali in Vth standard and second son at Dr.Ambedkar Nursery & Primary School, Manali in 1st Standard.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner and the third respondent to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
