This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11789 of 2022 on 13.06.2022 to report before the trial court Viz., Additional District Sessions Court No.III, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial court Viz., Additional District Sessions Court No.III, Salem on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
