2.Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, the learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent, and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
