..Respondents in both WPs Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to bring the petitioners into regular time scale of pay from the date on which they completed three years of consolidated pay service in the light of the Government G.O.Ms.No.142 Municipal Administration and Water Supply [TP1] Department dated 23.09.2015 by considering the representation dated 19.09.2017 made by the petitioners and give all consequential monetary benefits.
