Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the impugned Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) notice dated 24.08.2024 for the AGM scheduled to be held on 15.09.2024 in ANTORWA issued by the 8th respondent herein, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation letter dated 03.09.2024 to stop the AGM unlawfully scheduled to be held on 15.09.2024 in ANTORWA association by the 6th to 12th respondents.

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) notice dated 24.08.2024 for the AGM scheduled to be held on 15.09.2024 in ANTORWA issued by the 8th respondent herein, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation letter dated 03.09.2024 to stop the AGM unlawfully
scheduled to be held on 15.09.2024 in ANTORWA association by the 6th to 12th respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.
3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petitions is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 14.10.2024 To
