Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondents or their subordinates or any other persons from interfering the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit propety (OS.No.40/2013) situated in Survey No.4/2 and its Old Survey No.15/4, Jegathevan Patti Village, Vattakadu Post, Omalur Taluk and Salem District.
