2. Mr.RA.Gopinath, learned counsel for WMP petitioner, Mr.Manuraj, learned counsel for R1 and Mr.K.Suresh, learned Government Advocate for R2 to R7 (official respondents) are before us.

3. Captioned WMP is not opposed but learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that averments and allegations in the support affidavit may please be left open for a contest in the main writ petition. This request is acceded to.
