This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 03.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12878 of 2019, thereby directing the second respondent to mutate the revenue records in favour of the petitioner and issue patta in respect of the subject property, within a period of four weeks, subject to the result of any outcome of Special Leave Petition on the file of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. He also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms)No.68 dated 14.02.2023 in this regard.
