ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.494 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences under section. 465,467,468,471 and 120 B of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that the petitioners and the 2nd respondent had entered into compromise and the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent had been withdrawn. The 2nd respondent has no objection to quash the FIR in Crime No.494 of 2018.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the FIR in Crime No.494 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.11.2023 Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking order/non-speaking order gvn
