O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 27.01.2020, made in W.P.No.33794 of 2016, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 27.01.2020, has directed the parties to approach the Civil Court without reference to the orders passed by the District Revenue Officer and has also directed the revenue officials not to effect any mutation in the revenue records and the status quo should be maintained. However, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, now the respondents are now trying to effect mutation in the revenue records in spite of the orders passed by this Court. Hence the contempt petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that no change has been effected in the revenue records and he has also produced a copy of the patta before this Court and also gave a copy to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The said submission is 2/4

recorded.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
