.. Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.29998/2010(K4) dated 31.10.2016 passed by the second respondent and quash the same. For Petitioners :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following reasons:- (1)The petitioners have already preferred a Revision Petition before the competent authority.

(2)The petitioners have no pattas in their favour.

(3)The construction has already been demolished.

(4)The learned Additional Advocate General submits that 34 people, who were found encroaching on the land, were given alternative sites and 10 persons have already accepted the alternative sites, while 24 persons are before this Court.

2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.35748 of 2016 is also dismissed.
