These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1470 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the above appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.

3. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 1470 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the above CMA is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
