This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No. 07 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Cum Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpattu District. 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.P.Rajkumar Magesh, representing Mr.T.R.Ravi, learned Counsel on record for the revision petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file.
