(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the second and third respondents will cause an inspection to be made of the area in respect of the allegation of the petitioner of encroachment of public land by the fifth respondent within a period of fifteen (15) days and in case, any encroachment is found, action in accordance with law be taken and concluded within a maximum period of three (3) months thereafter.
