This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the records pertaining to the summon dated 09.09.2019 issued by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the summons which has been challenged herein, was issued at the stage of enquiry and subsequently the first respondent has completed the enquiry and closed the complaint. Hence he submitted that nothing 2/5

survives for further adjudication herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the said fact.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
