2. Mr.G.Anantharangan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the respondents have no proposal to lay Thar road in S.No.161, Kotturpuram Village, Chennai.

3. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
