The matter is posted under the caption for "being mentioned". It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Criminal Original petition was filed seeking for transfer of the Domestic Violence Case. However, by oversight, an order passed in a batch of cases was wrongly made applicable to the present case also and the case was shown to be disposed of. The order passed in the batch of cases pertained to the maintainability of the petition under Section 482 of Cr.PC., against the Domestic Violence cases. That issue does not have any relevance in the present case since this is a petition filed seeking for transfer of the Domestic Violence Case.

2.In view of the above, the order dated 19.01.2021 in Crl.OP.No.26792 of 2021, is hereby recalled and the Registry is directed to post the criminal original petition for hearing before the concerned Portfolio Judge. 09.11.2021 KP Internet: yes
