ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the arrears of dearness allowance have not been till date paid to the petitioners. The said statement is disputed by the learned standing counsel for the respondents. Be that as it may. It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law by approaching the Labour Court. With this observation, all the contempt petitions are closed.
