This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20673 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition for 22 days and further, pending investigation it was found that petitioner has no previous cases.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also taking into consideration the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of the English calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
