The petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.9326 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months imposed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Respondent police is at liberty to issue notice if the presence of the petitioner is required for further investigation.
Accordingly, ordered.
