The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that final order has been passed by the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai in the domestic violence complaint preferred by the 1st respondent. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
