ORDER
It is stated that the petitioner had unfortunately died on 22.02.2023 and death certificate had also been produced. 2.
The writ petition has been filed by the mother of Jamuna Rani, who was a Government Servant, seeking payment of Death Cum Retirement Benefits to her / petitioner. The fourth respondent is the husband.

Naturally, since the petitioner had died, the fourth respondent as the naturally recognized legal representative is entitled for the benefits. Let the fourth respondent make necessary application in this regard, including with all particulars, and orders may be passed by official respondents in the manner known to law. 4.
Therefore, nothing further survives for examination in the writ petition. Writ petition stands dismissed consequent to death of the petitioner and the legal representative of Jamuna Rani, is actually the fourth respondent herein. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
