The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made, the application in O.A.No.7386 of 2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh suit subject to law of limitation.
