O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash C.C.No.120 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned on the ground that there is a compromise between the parties.

2. Heard Mr.M.Dinesh, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for State/first respondent and carefully went through the materials available on record.

3. On the facts of this case, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction u/s.482 Cr.P.C. and quash the proceedings on the ground of compromise. It is left open to the petitioners to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the Court below shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
