Pursuant to the order dated 11.04.2023 passed under Section 173

(8) of Cr.P.C, further investigation been conducted in C.C.No.10 of 2024 1/3

in Cr.No.2 of 2013. The petitioner herein is one of the investors, being aggrieved by the delay in completion of the further investigation is before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that further investigation is almost completed and supplementary final report will be filed within a period of three months.

3. Recording the undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the further investigation and file report within a period of three months. 23.09.2024 Vv To
