ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police viz the Inspector of Police, R1 Mambalam Police Station, Chennai to take further action in the matter based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 24.07.2019 and on the basis of CSR.No.466 of 2019 issued by the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
