approval petition A.P.No.164 of 2020 and quash the same as illegal, against law and without following the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner's service forthwith and to calculate the service benefits of the petitioner from the date 29.09.2020 onwards and to disburse the same to the petitioner.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.09.2020 in its proceedings No.3239/sabi/[O-No]9/MTC/2020, which was confirmed by the order of the 3rd respondent dated 21.01.2022 made in its approval petition A.P.No.164 of 2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner and to calculate the service benefits of the petitioner from 29.09.2020 and to disburse the same to the petitioner. 2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
