Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for 1st respondent.
2. This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2019 and on 03.10.2019, interim injunction was granted until further orders and notice was also ordered for the hearing on 04.11.2019. It is seen that this petition has been pending till date without any further orders. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this
miscellaneous petition pending, at this length of time and hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
