Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 26.09.2025, the learned counsel for the applicant once again took fresh notice to the correct address of the fourth respondent. The said notice has also been returned with an endorsement 'Vacated'. In spite of best efforts taken by the applicant to serve notice, the applicant is not able to serve notice on the fourth respondent. Hence, there shall be a deemed service on the fourth respondent since the notice was sent to the correct address of the fourth respondent and in spite of the same, it was returned as 'vacated'. The fifth respondent has already been served and the name of fifth respondent is printed in the cause list. There is no representation for fourth and fifth respondents either in person or through counsel.
