O R D E R

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.653 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Dharapuram.

2. O.S.No.653 of 2022 is a suit for recovery of money. The civil revision petitioners are the defendants in the suit. They have filed an application seeking for rejection of plaint in I.A.No.1 of 2023. On account of the fact that there is no presiding officer in the IV Additional District Court at Udumalpet, the learned III Additional District Judge at Dharapuram is constrained to travel to Udumalpet in order to deal with the matters arising in that Court also. Furthermore, the learned Judicial Officer seems to have been suffering from some personal issues on account of which he had to undergo surgery.

3. Taking into consideration the prevailing situation, I am inclined to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Dharapuram, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.653 of 2022 on or 2/4

before 31.01.2025. This would be in line with the report that has been filed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Dharapuram on 08.10.2024.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
