PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to return the vehicle bearing registration No. TN.23.CL.0123 to the petitioner herein.

The present Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019 and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to return the vehicle to the petitioner herein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without registration of any crime number, the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No. TN.23.CL.0123 has been illegally seized.
3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the vehicle has been seized on the basis of a crime registered in Crime No.342 of 2019 and the vehicle has been handed over to the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, under whose custody the vehicle is now lying.
4. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the same, it is open to her make an appropriate application seeking for return of the vehicle before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
