ORDER

The petition to issue "No Objection Certificate" to run a SPA.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that on receiving the representation seeking No Objection Certificate, the petitioner was directed to furnish necessary details required for issuing No Objection Certificate, but, till date, the petitioner has not furnished those details. Therefore, the requests for permission will not be considered.

3. In view of the above statements made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. It is open to the petitioner herein to respond for the communication of the respondent seeking particulars and if it is satisfactory, the respondent police shall consider the representation and act upon it. 13.10.2023 Vv 2/4
