Learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that subsequent to the order passed by this Court, dismissal order has been passed. In view of the same, learned Senior Counsel sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and sought for liberty to file a fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs.
