ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2016 dated 23.09.2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch,Land Grabbing Wing, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned counsel representing Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C. No.160 of 2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu.

3. In view of the above submission nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
