The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 15938 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
