This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali made in Crl.M.P.No.3512 of 2022 dated 03.10.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a complaint against certain named persons before the trial Court and got a direction under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. but the respondent police did not comply the directions of the trial Court. 4.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in pursuance of the direction given by the trial Court, an enquiry is being conducted and appropriate action will be taken within two weeks.

It is directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in his order dated 03.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3512 of 2022 that the respondent police shall conduct an equiry and if commission of any cognizable offence is made out, then register the F.I.R. and file the compliance report. Since the process has been already initiated by the respondent police, I feel it is appropriate to direct the respondent police do the needful in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
