This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months imposed in Crl.OP.No.18189 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.

Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
