ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1845 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by its order dated 28.09.2022. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and sign for 30 days and thereafter, appear before the Court concerned on receipt of summons. He would submit that the petitioner has appeared regularly before the respondent police for 25 days and thereafter, due to his illness, he was unable to appear. However, he is now ready and willing to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.1845 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
