ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the Appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 27.11.2017 sent by the registered post and thereby provide suitable employment to the petitioner, on compassionate grounds.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that it is for the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2017 on its own merits, since, the request of the compassionate appointment is already rejected in the year 2011 itself.

3. Therefore, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2017 in light of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.155, Labour and Employment (Q1) Department dated 10.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
