ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32316 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent to approve the proposal sent by the Correspondent, Danish Mission Elementary School, Tiruvannamalai District, for the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher, with effect from the date of her appointment i.e., on 04.12.2017 forthwith, with all attendant benefits including arrears of salary and allowances.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was relived from the post of Teacher on 01.11.2021 itself and as such, there is no question of approval of her appointment. That apart, in her place, some other teacher has been appointed on 22.02.2023 and her appointment was sent for approval.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
