2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, an affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "13. It is respectfully submitted that the E-Filing SR.No.CC-LTN20230002723C202500017 was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I Tambaram and assigned the C.C.No.308/2025 on 18.06.2025 and also the next hearing date of this case is posted on 30.06.2025."

3. In view of the above, the grievance expressed by the petitioner has been redressed and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram to proceed further in the case and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
