Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024 to rectify the error committed with respect to the extent in the computerised patta for petitioners Survey No. 51/3A1, T.S.No. 80 at Block No. 10, Murugan Nagar, 4th Street, Konnur Village, Chennai-69 and correct the same as 9 cents or 3924 Sq.ft and issue such other Writ. O R D E R

The writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024 to rectify the error committed with respect to the extent of the petitioner's property in the computerised patta for petitioner's Survey No.51/3A1, T.S.No.80 at Block No.10, Murugan Nagar, 4th Street, Konnur Village, Chennai-69 and correct the same as 9 cents or 3924 Sq.ft.

On account of the error that has crept in the computerized patta of the petitioner in respect of the Survey No.51/3A1, T.S.No. 80 at Block No.10, Murugan Nagar, 4th Street, Konnur Village, Chennai-69, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 20.05.2024. However, the said representation has not been considered to date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the limited relief claimed and taking into account the fact that the authority has not considered the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024, a mandamus is issued directing the 2/4

respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2024, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case of rejection, a speaking orders shall be passed.
